Terms and Conditions for 555 Cleaning Company Ltd. for 2023

  1. Definitions
    • “Company” refers to 555 Cleaning Company Ltd.
    • “Client” refers to any individual or entity procuring the services of the Company.
    • “Services” refers to residential and/or commercial cleaning services provided by the Company.
  2. Service Agreement
    • By availing of the Services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
  3. Service Provision
    • The Company agrees to provide the Services as specified in the service agreement or invoice, ensuring quality and professionalism.
  4. Payment and Pricing
    • The Client shall pay the amount specified in the service agreement or invoice by the due date. Any late payments may be subject to a late fee.
    • Prices may be revised by the Company from time to time. The Company will notify the Client of any changes in pricing prior to rendering Services.
  5. Access and Security
    • The Client agrees to provide access to the premises to the Company’s employees or contractors for the purpose of delivering the Services.
    • The Company will take all reasonable precautions under the Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia to ensure the safety and security of the Client’s property during service provision.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Under the laws of British Columbia, the Company’s liability for any damages or loss shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
    • The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or stains not caused by the Service.
  7. Indemnification
    • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Client’s negligence or misconduct.
  8. Cancellation Policy
    • The Client may cancel scheduled Services with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur an admin/cancellation fee.
  9. Safety and Health
    • The Client agrees to provide a safe environment for the Company’s employees or contractors. If at any time the Company determines the environment to be unsafe, it reserves the right to halt Services without refund.
  10. Confidentiality
    • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained during the course of service provision, consistent with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, unless disclosure is required by law.
  11. Complaints and Disputes
    • Any complaints or disputes should be communicated to the Company in writing within 48 hours of Service completion. The Company will take reasonable steps to address and resolve such issues in a timely manner.
  12. Termination
    • The Company reserves the right to terminate a service agreement with immediate effect if the Client breaches any of these terms and conditions.
  13. Amendments
    • The Company may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The Client will be notified of any changes prior to them taking effect.
  14. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
  15. Entire Agreement
    • This document contains the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
